Dogajolo is an innovative wine whereby the Sangiovese and Cabernet Sauvignon grapes are vinified separately then allowed to harmonise in oak barrels to produce a soft and intensely fruity wine.

This exciting blend of Syrah, Grenache and Carignan is deep purple black in colour, with a pronounced spicy, herby nose characteristic of the 'garrigue' and ripe berries. The wine is robust in flavour with a firm backbone of acidity and soft, ripe tannins, with hints of plums and peppery spices. Good with pasta dishes cheeses charcuterie and in particular lamb and other red meat dishes.

Vibrant crimson in colour with a purple hue, the nose gives rich blackberry fruit with hints of plum, dark cherry and spice. Lifted berry flavours on the palate leads to spicy, stewed plums and dark cherries. The long lingering finish reflects dark berry fruits and fine tannins. A wine of real depth, complexity and power which can be enjoyed with all manner of red meats.

Easy drinking, but with lashings of plummy fruit flavours and spicy aromas which make this wine perfect for Sunday roast. Medium bodied with excellent balance.

At just 5 km from the Atlantic Ocean the Yonder Hill vineyards benefit from cool sea breezes, which extend the ripening season giving rich concentrated fruit. Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot grapes are hand picked, fermented and aged separately. The resulting wine has a deep red colour with a full, meaty palate and spicy, rich well structured tannins.

A fresh, dry and intensely fruity varietal Sauvignon Blanc. Robertson Valley is situated further inland than most in South Africa, where the daytime climate is hot and dry, but the nights are cool. These growing conditions enhance the zesty gooseberry flavours so common in Sauvignon Blanc.
